Wynn Resorts agree to $ 5.5 million state fines related to illegal transactions | Casinos and games

Wynn Resorts Ltd. has agreed to pay $ 5.5 million to resolve a complaint from Nevada Gaming Control Board related to its use of unlicensed money that transfers companies in a system to recruit high rollers.

The proposed settlement, which can be considered by the Nevada Gaming Commission as soon as next week, is related to a system that led to Wynn’s losing $ 130.1 million in a non-eating agreement with US lawyer’s office for the southern district in California and the US Justice Department to terminate an investigation in September.

This is a developing story. Come back for updates.
