Award -winning comedians and actors Lucy Pearman gives their critically acclaimed new show Lunartic To the Soho Theater, London this fall, after a sold out run at Edinburgh Fringe 2025 which pleased both critics and audiences.
IN LunarticThe moon puts on a show. But when the sun continues to remind her, the moon will never become a star – and without him she would be invisible completely. Through his brand mix of surreal character comedy, pleasing audience participation and proprrive silliness, Pearman takes us into a huge-hearted story of loneliness, big dreams and wants to be seen. When the sun threatens to turn off the light completely with a total eclipse, the moon is facing the darkness – and the audience is invited to go with her in a wonderful Daft Himmel adventure.
Lucy Pearman is a comedian, actor and writer who wrote and played in BBC Three’s Please helpwhich was nominated for a BAFTA after release. She was nominated for best newcomer at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards 2017 for her debut full -time show Maid of cabbage. The show continued to have two sold out runs at the Soho Theater. Her 2018 -Show Fruit side Also transferred to the Soho Theater for two sold out runs and received strong critical praise. 2019 she returned to Luggagewho sold out his Edinburgh Fringe driving and was transferred to Soho Theater later that year. Her latest Fringe -Show, Lunartic (2025), was nominated for the Malcolm Hardee Award for Comic Originity and was nominated for the Best Variety Show at Leicester Comedy Festival Awards.
Her previous works include her first solo show Ongoing cracks (2016) and the musical comedy Kemakel (2017), which was a five -star hit at Edinburgh Fringe and received praise for his originality and energy.
On TV she has played lead roles in BBC Two’s Herbert Clukerdunk’s mind and Mister winners. She also played in Dave’s Red dwarf Feature-Length Special — An by the channel’s highest-ranked program and appeared on Channel 4’s Harry Hill’s Club Nite.
Lucy’s stage and screen grazing has been widely recognized. In addition to her Edinburgh Comedy Award -nomination of the newcomer, she has been nominated twice at Leicester Comedy Festival Awards (Best Show, 2019; Best Variety Show, 2025).
