A woman sues a belt restaurant and hotel after being “violent” attacked and then allegedly ignored by security personnel.
Nevada-Bosatt Malisa Danielle Miles sues several parties for carelessness inclusive Caesars Entertainment, Caesars Linq, Linq Hotel, outside Strip Bistro & Bar and its co-owner and operator Andrew Belmonti-after she claims she was “beaten” and “Bloodied” in the restaurant, and the lead in the restaurant, and and the lead in the restaurant, Personnel.
Representatives of Caesars Entertainment and outside the strip could not be immediately reached for comments.
In the mood that was submitted on Monday in Clark County District Court, Miles claims that she was “violently attacked” by two unknown women near the bathroom at Off the Strip, a restaurant on Linq Promenade, on June 8, 2023. During the attack, she hit her face and threw vigorously in a nearby wall, the lawsuit.
According to the mood, miles were “visibly bloody and disoriented” and suffered severe, permanent injuries, including a traumatic brain injury.
The suit claims that security personnel were “untrained, poorly equipped and failed” to admit the signs of her injury and left miles to hike the casino in a “confused and unassisted state.”
“Instead of contacting emergency medical services or secure the premises to prevent further injury, the defendant’s agents and employees – who clearly suffered from cognitive deterioration and trauma – allowed to walk through the casino premises in a confused and unmistakable state,” stated the trial.
Miles asks for general damage of over $ 15,000, special damage to be set at the trial, interest at the statutory interest, reasonable legal fees and costs for action and other exemption that the court considers fair.
