Lady Gaga launches the “Mayhem Ball” tour with Explosive Las Vegas opener

Lady Gaga has done it again. The global icon started its much -awaited “The Mayhem Ball” tour with a sold out show in Las Vegas on Wednesday evening, and it was nothing more than spectacular.

The T-Mobile Arena was full of thousands of eager fans who witnessed the opening evening for what is already called one of Gaga’s most ambitious live show yet. From the very first pace, Gaga took complete control over the stage and delivered an electrifying set list as perfectly mixed fresh hits from her chart-top album ‘Mayhem’ with classic fan favorites.

Fans were treated with powerful live renders of new favorites such as “Abracadabra”, “Killah” and “Vanish in you”, while timeless hymns such as “Born This Way”, “Poker Face” and “Bad Romance” sent the audience to a vanity. Of course, no gaga-show would be complete without her smash hit “Shallow” and the record-breaking “Die with a smile”, her colossal collaboration with Bruno Mars.

The show’s production was the next level. Gaga, who co -produced the tour with Michael Polansky through their company Morningview, worked with creative power plants to create a fantastic visual experience. Parris Goebel handled the intense, razor -sharp choreography, while Ben Dalgleish from the human person directed the show’s striking narrative flow. The costumes, a dazzling display of fashion art, were put together by Hunter Clem and Gaga’s sister Natali Germanotta during the Topo Studio label.

Critics were quick to praise the pop star. Rolling Stone explained it as a creative triumph, who paid tribute to Gaga for building on the world that she introduced at Coachella. Variation described the spectacle as “breathless” and “fine-tuned”, while Billboard noticed “a theater, electric and delicious live deal.” In the meantime, USA Today focused on Gaga’s unmatched song and magnetic scene presence and said she performed with the power and versatility that got her impressive collection of prizes.
