A hotel-casino in Henderson has added a selection of upscale suites and enhanced butler service as part of a multi-year, multimillion-dollar overhaul that executives say will elevate the property’s position in the off-Strip luxury market.
The upgrades at Green Valley Ranch mark the completion of the resort’s West Tower renovation, with additional work underway on other rooms, meeting spaces and public spaces over the next year.
Station Casinos, owner of Green Valley Ranch, this week unveiled 37 newly designed suites in the West Tower. The collection includes a 2,790-square-foot Strip Suite, two luxury patio suites, and a mix of grand and executive suites.
“Our signature suites redefine luxury, and our transformation goes far beyond design,” Ken Janssen, vice president and general manager of Green Valley Ranch, said in a statement. “We are proud to not only unveil our new luxury suites, but also present an elevated guest experience with our signature butler service that captures the spirit and energy of Las Vegas, while embodying true sophistication. It is this seamless blend of refined design, personal care, expectant service and Vegas-infused imagination that redefines luxury and continues to be the leading resort in Green Valley to the leading luxury hotel in Green Valley.”
The largest of the new accommodations, the Strip Suite, features two bedrooms, a private rooftop terrace, a full bar, a butler’s kitchen and views of the Las Vegas skyline.
The luxurious one bedroom patio suites include private outdoor spaces overlooking the pool area, custom millwork, upgraded lighting and marble installations. The Grand and Executive Suites feature newly designed living areas, updated bathrooms with book-matched marble and a mix of contemporary decor, textiles and artwork.
Entry rates for the renovated suite categories range from $389 to more than $2,000 per night, excluding taxes. Renovated resort rooms start at $264.
The suite renovation is part of a $200 million property-wide transformation that includes updated hotel rooms, new high-limit gaming areas and a refreshed poker room.
The on-site movie theater is undergoing a phased remodel scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2026, and the resort has announced new dining options that will debut next spring.
Additional work on the east tower, south lobby and meeting spaces is expected to extend to 2027.
