Fontainebleau Las Vegas rolls out changes to reward programs | Casinos and games

The latest casino on the strip is investing in a modernized player loyalty program to attract more players.

Fontainebleau announced a handful of changes in its reward card program Tuesday, including a better coin-to-earned point on slot machines, a year-long game promotion and more free games for new members. North Strip Megaresport also extends the current earning window for existing players until the end of the summer.

Fontainebleau Rewards members will now earn a game point for every $ 2.50 games on a slot machine. The previous conversion frequency was a game point per $ 5 games.

In a news message, Fontainebleau Las Vegas said that Fontainebleau rewards “stand alone as the most generous loyalty program on the market for slot machines.”

“We are pleased to offer the most rewarding slot loyalty program on the strip, supplemented with individual upgrades, fantastic amenities and unmatched luxury services for each player,” said Kevin Sweet, Senior Vice President of Slot Marketing and Operations. “Fontainebleau rewards continue to reward non-gaming expenses to an industry that is the best of five cents per dollar spent, which further establishes Fontainebleau Las Vegas as the ultimate place to stop and play on the strip.”

The updated program also introduces “Fontainebleau Cash Back”, a New Year’s long campaign that allows members to convert earned points to cash. For every 5,000 game points collected on slots, players will receive $ 20 in cash, redeemed on the casino bureau. The first redemption period begins in December.

In addition to the new offers, Fontainebleau has expanded its earning window. Points will not expire until August 31, which gives the guests more time to redeem rewards that may otherwise have elapsed during the previous 13-month expiry period.

Fontainebleau Las Vegas opened in December 2023 after almost two decades of delays and changes in ownership. The $ 3,644 in 3,644 hotel rooms and suites, a 150,000 square meter casino, several fine eateries, nightlife sites, a spa and a 5,000 capacity theater.

In May, the casino separated roads with a significant number of table players. Fontainebleau did not confirm the dismissals and just said it continues to “evaluate our business needs and adjust our employment strategy accordingly.”
