FC Dallas defender Geovane Jesus will miss his second straight season with a knee injury, the team announced on Wednesday.
The 23-year-old Brazilian had surgery on Monday to deal with cartilage injuries in his right knee and was placed on the end of the season’s ending list.
He also missed the entire 2024 campaign as he recovered from a broken ACL maintained in a practice in September 2023.
Jesus debuted MLS in 2023 and counted two assists in 19 matches (11 starts) for FC Dallas.
