Dodgers acquires RHP Noah Davis from Red Sox

Los Angeles Dodgers acquired Pitching depth in advance for its season opener in 2025, the right hand Noah Davis landed from Boston Red Sox for cash considerations.

With Dodger’s 26-man list that has already been set for Thursday’s season opener at home against Detroit Tigers, Davis will open the season at Triple-A Oklahoma City.

To open a place on the 40-man list for Los Angeles, his right hand Emmet Sheehan (Tommy John) was transferred to 60-day IL.

Davis, 27, has 18 matches with Major League experience (six starts), all with Colorado Rockies over the past three seasons. He has a 0-4 record with a 7.71 era in 51 1/3 rounds.
