Global EDM powerhouse DJ Snake have officially released their new album Nomadwith the long-awaited collaboration “In the Dark” with K-pop sensation Stray Kids. The runway dropped all over the world November 7marking the artists’ first joint effort and a defining moment in global music partnerships across genres.
“In The Dark” blends DJ Snake’s signature electronic style with Stray Kids’ dynamic performance style, resulting in a high-energy track that bridges the pulse of EDM with the intensity of K-pop. The collaboration came about after the two acts met Yellow Coin Gala charity event in Paris 2024 — a meeting that sparked mutual admiration and creative synergy.

His 17 track album Nomad explores a spectrum of sounds inspired by global musical cultures, including influences from India, Africa, the Caribbean and the Middle East. The inclusion of “In The Dark” underscores the album’s international spirit and positions it as one of the most versatile projects of his career to date.
For Stray Kids, “In The Dark” extends a remarkable year of global milestones. Their fourth full-length album, KARMAwhich was released in August, became the first K-pop album in Billboard 200 history to achieve seven straight No. 1 entries. The group’s momentum continues as they prepare for their next album, SKZ IT TAPE: DO ITwhich will be released on November 21, with double title tracks “Do It” and “Sinsunnol-eum.”
