The defending champion collected from 0-2 in the first set to win six straight matches and then saved a set value in the second set of tiebreak with a burning pre-return.

Fritz meets Terence Atmane next, after the French qualification took out João Fonseca in straight sets.
Benjamin Bonzi Def. Stefanos Tsitsipas, 6-7 (4), 6-3, 6-4
Benjamin Bonzi upset eighth seeds Stefano’s Tsitsipas 6-7 (4), 6-3, 6-4 to reach Cincinnati open the fourth round and continues the Greek North American tough judicial struggle with only four wins over 2025’s hard drivers 1000s so far.
Like Medvedev’s loss, it seems almost like an incorrect notification to call this an upset because Tsitsipas is in horrible form and you do not feel sure he will win against someone in the top 500.
Atmane meets the next Félix Auger-Aliassime, after he continued when Rinderknech retired in the second set.
