The album is available for pre -order and reservation on all major digital platforms NOWWith exclusive CDs and colored LPs for sale via the band’s official store, HMV and Amazon.
Blue – one last time
To celebrate the news about the album release, the beloved Princess of POP today (September 4) shares LP’s leading single ‘One last time’ —Written by band member Duncan along with Paul Visses.
Packed with soaring song and the kind of irresistible hooks that made them first made them household names, the track takes a bold step forward and melts its classic sound with a fresh, punchy pop-rock edge. Relax with bitter -sweet texts but is lifted by antemic melodies, the song captures a universal feeling: although it is natural to mourn at the end of something valuable, there is beauty in looking back and finding joy in what once was.
James comments on the single, says: “‘One last time’ Is a song that I wrote last year after a really good friend of a really good friend. It hit me hard and I wrote this after everything. But I didn’t want it to sound like a sad song, so we came up with this, which is another type of sound for blue – it has a rockier feeling but still retains all classic elements in a blue song. We have had many strong reactions to it – as anyone who has lost someone can relate – and wish they could see that person for ‘One last time’. “
