GRAMMY-nominated British R&B trio FLO has released his latest single “Don’t Break Her Heart”along with a playful detective-themed music video directed by Troy Roscoe. The track is the latest preview of the group’s upcoming sophomore album, “Therapy at the Club”no later than July 24 via Island Records.
Reunited with the producer Julian Bunetta and songwriter Steph Jones – collaborator on previous single “Lick It” – FLO channels the band at the heart of their friendship into an unforgiving anthem about protecting the people you love. Over sleek, polished production, Jorja, Stella and Renee warn potential partners that abusing one of their friends will have consequences.
“‘DBHH’ is our favorite sisterhood song,” the group said in a statement. “It truly encapsulates our love for each other and the lengths we’re willing to go to protect our sisters’ hearts.”
The accompanying visual leans into the song’s protective spirit, casting the trio as operatives of an investigative agency hired by women seeking the truth about their relationships. When a client suspects that her partner is cheating, FLO takes on the case themselves.

The single comes as anticipation continues to build around it “Therapy at the Club”FLO’s follow-up to the 2024 century “Access to all areas”. The album positions the club as more than a nightlife destination, recasting it as a place of emotional release, confession and self-discovery. On the record, the trio explore heartbreak, lust, confidence and healing through a mix of dark, euphoric R&B and pop.
The project was created together with a list of collaborators, including Amy Allen, Steph Jones, Julian Bunetta and Boy Matthewswhile recurring contributors Skip, Oak Fields and Sevyn Streeter featured on the album. FLO have described the record as their most personal work to date, noting their extensive involvement in both the songwriting and production process.
“We are incredibly proud to finally share “Therapy at the Club” with the world,” the group said. “For us, the club is more than just a night out – it’s like therapy. Where else do you feel more understood than in a girls’ toilet on a night out?”
“Don’t Break Her Heart” follows the release of album cuts “Lick It” and the title track “Therapy at the Club”the latter trio of which debuted during a highly acclaimed NPR Tiny Desk appearance. “Lick It” became FLO’s highest-charting UK single to date and helped further cement the group’s position as one of contemporary R&B’s fastest-growing acts.
The past year has been a significant breakthrough for the London trio. Their debut album “Access to all areas” received a nomination for Best Progressive R&B Album at the 2026 Grammy Awards, making FLO the first British girl group in two decades to receive a Grammy nomination. They also received their first MOBO Award for Best R&B/Soul Act and concluded what was reported as the biggest US headline tour by a British girl group in almost 20 years.
With “Therapy at the Club” on the horizon, FLO seems poised to build on that momentum and continue a run that has transformed them from breakout stars to one of the most watched groups in modern R&B.
