A Henderson resort has unveiled its “reimagined” meeting and convention space.
Green Valley Ranch Resort has opened its redesigned meeting and convention spaces as part of its $200 million property-wide renovation, according to a news release. Its meeting and convention space spans 69,000 square feet, including fresh spaces, custom lighting, tonal wall coverings and custom carpeting.
The redesign was led by Station Casino’s in-house design and construction team in collaboration with architectural studio WATG and sister company Wimberly Interior.
“The grand opening of Green Valley Ranch’s newly redesigned convention and meeting spaces reflects our commitment to timeless design, modern functionality and a seamless guest experience,” said Deanna Burgess, corporate director of sales at Station Casinos in a statement. “These spaces celebrate the property’s timeless heritage while introducing bold, modern design elements that elevate any type of gathering.”
Indoors, the Estancia Ballroom and foyer, as well as the Grand Event Center, were updated. Both can accommodate up to around 1,500 guests depending on the style of event. Additionally, 17 group rooms were added and meeting spaces upgraded for a wide variety of configurations.
Outside, a new event venue was added: The Lawn. The Lawn is 5,000 square feet of outdoor event space, designed for corporate gatherings, social parties and weddings for 50 to 250 guests. Outside there is also the Opium Terrace, which can accommodate up to 600 guests, and the Piazza, which can accommodate up to 100 guests. For larger events, the Pool Deck and Garden Amphitheater are available and can accommodate up to 1,000.
The meeting and convention renovations are part of a $200 million property-wide renovation that includes redesigned guest rooms, hotel room upgrades and updates to several entertainment and dining venues.
Recently, Green Valley Ranch unveiled new West Tower suites as part of its multi-year property renovation, which added a 2,790-square-foot Strip Suite, two luxury patio suites and a mix of master and executive suites.
The on-site movie theater is undergoing a phased remodel scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2026, and the resort has announced new dining options that will debut next spring.
Additional work on the east tower, south lobby and meeting spaces is expected to extend to 2027.
