XO are back—and they’re not just returning, they’re staking their claim, stepping into a sharper, more confident era that makes it clear they’re done circling the spotlight and ready to take center stage.

Consists of Emmy, Reanna, Shali, Summer and Zoethe rising British girl group lean all the way into their electrifying pop instincts on “Hotlines”create a sleek, high-gloss anthem that pulses with confidence, razor-sharp hooks and a conscious sense of attitude. It’s the kind of track that doesn’t just flirt with chart success – it feels built for it, engineered to linger long after the first listen.

Acting as the lead single to be released from their upcoming debut mini-album, “need to know” – which will be released on Friday, October 16, 2026 – lyrically “Hotlines” taps into the same themes of friendship and sisterhood that first fueled XO’s breakout, but stretches those concepts further into a more refined, confident creative trajectory.

There’s a new level of confidence at play here, which carries through to the song’s striking visuals and tightly coiled choreography, all starting to feel unmistakably, and precariously, their own.

In further news, the girls have announced details of their upcoming UK tour which will take place in November this year.

Scheduled to kick off at the O2 Institute 2 in Birmingham on November 1st, the week-long jaunt will see the band play further dates in Bristol, London and Manchester, before wrapping up in Glasgow on November 6th.
