LOOK MUM NO COMPUTER, this year’s UK representative at Eurovision Song Content 2026, have released their competing song ‘Eins, Zwei, Drei’.
Very different from previous UK entries, ‘Eins, Zwei, Drei’ is a cheesy yet captivating release. It encapsulates the soul-crushing boredom of the nine-to-five via an infectious mix of synths and electronic bass. The song has a whimsical feel and is armed with playful lyrics, German vocals and British references (roly poly with custard anyone?). ‘Einsm Zwei, Drei’ also has undertones of Britpop and eighties synthwave and is true to LOOK MUM NO COMPUTER’s strange artistry.
While the song may sound like Marmite to some, overall fans online are praising the UK selection process for going against the grain and choosing an artist and song unlike anything we’ve had before. ‘Eins, Zwei, Drei’ has a very European feel and is already a big hit with Eurovision lovers all over the world. It’s joyous, rebellious and a foot-stomping anthem that will fill Vienna’s Wiener Stadthalle on May 16.

LOOK MUM NO COMPUTER says: “I’m really buzzing that the world can finally hear what we’ve created. ‘Eins, Zwei, Drei’ was born during a session with the other writers and producers on my synthesizer ‘Kosmo’, and I couldn’t be prouder of it. I want people to be able to dance, shout, rejoice for you, and just rejoice in it, and it pleases you to listen to it. We’re working hard to bring all the elements together to do that to one of the wildest shows ever, which is no small feat!
Fredrik ‘Benke’ Rydman has also been appointed Creative Director and Choreographer who will bring the vision of LOOK MUM NO COMPUTER’s ‘Eins, Zwei, Drei’ to the stage. He was responsible for some of the most iconic Eurovision performances in recent times, including staging Switzerland’s 2024 winner, Nemo, with ‘The Code’, Finland’s 2023 runner-up, Käärijä, with ‘Cha Cha Cha’, and Sweden’s 2015 winner, Måns Zelmerlöw, with ‘Heroes’.
The grand final of the 70th Eurovision Song Contest 2026 will take place in the Wiener Stadthalle, Vienna on Saturday 16 May and the semi-finals will take place on Tuesday 12 and Thursday 14 May. The grand final and semi-finals will be broadcast live on BBC One and iPlayer plus via BBC Radio 2 and BBC Sounds.
