The mystery feature can be triggered in the base game and the bonus game, hitting scatters with lightning before a spin. Up to five scatters can be hit during the base game and up to three in the bonus game. The feature can be activated with regular scatters, injected scatters and it occurs on every spin during monkey ascension level five.
Scatter symbols come in the form of peanuts. Three or more of these symbols landing on the reels – regular or mystery – after a single spin triggers the bonus game and gives the player eight free spins. If four to six scatters appear, special animals can become active.
Pink elephants and scatters carry peanuts that advance levels and give three more spins up to 23 if the end game is reached. During the spins, two scatters will have a 2x peanut multiplier, while three scatters will give a 3x multiplier and three more spins.
