Regal theater at Green Valley Ranch part of $200 million property renovation | Casinos & Games

Station Casinos has provided new details on the redevelopment of its 10-screen Regal Green Valley Ranch Cinemas.

Company representatives said Tuesday that the theater’s redesign, part of a $200 million property-wide renovation of the resort, would include an updated concession area with expanded food offerings and a brand new bar serving select craft beverages. The theater is also adding a lounge with soft seating and recliners, improved acoustics and state-of-the-art projection systems inside each theater.

“We are excited to bring our neighbors a movie theater experience that feels elevated, yet warm and welcoming,” said Ken Janssen, vice president and general manager of Green Valley Ranch in Henderson. “Once complete, guests will be welcomed to enjoy a brand new polished experience that will complement the property’s revamped aesthetic.”

The renovation project is expected to be completed in mid-2026 and the theaters will remain open during the project.

The theater work is in conjunction with a property-wide upgrade that includes new high-limit slot and table game rooms, Polaris Casino Bar, Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill and Drop Bar.

Regal Green Valley Ranch will also be home to two luxurious private cinema booths that will also receive a premium makeover.

The project is designed by The Design Collective in conjunction with Station Casino’s in-house design and construction team.
