Choose love has announced the second wave of names that will be joining the lineup “10 years of choose love” — a special gala evening of music, art, fundraising and community that will take place at London’s iconic Royal Albert Hall on Thursday, November 20.
Maze, Clara Amfo, Dawn O’Porter, Deborah Francis-White, Dermot O’Leary, Jon Hopkins, Pearl Mackie, Sebastian Croft and Eaz Da Bully will join previously announced participants James Blake, Jameela Jamil, Jessie Ware, Jordan Stephens, Mabel, House Gospel Choir, Max Porter, Letters Live and Little Amal.
“10 years of choose love” will feature a number of one-off performances and performances from an amazing line-up of musicians, celebrity guests, speakers and more.
The charity’s on-site partners from regions including Gaza, Ukraine and Sudan will join well-known figures on stage. More exciting guests will be revealed closer to the event, featuring both longtime friends and new supporters of the organization.
Tickets to the one-night-only event — co-presented byThe roof gardens and Live Nation — on sale Friday, October 3 at 10.00 via Royal Albert Hall and Ticketmaster. 100% of the profits will go to Choose Love, which provides life-changing support to displaced communities around the world.
In a press release confirming his appearance, Heartstopper stars Sebastian Croft says: “I’ve been volunteering for Choose Love and raising money for their work supporting LGBTQIA+ refugees for years and I’m so excited to be part of the incredible Royal Albert Hall 10th anniversary show. It’s going to be a really special night.”
With Clara Amfo adding: “Over the past 10 years I have seen Choose Love continue to be a charity of genuine compassion and vital care for those in need alongside unwavering integrity. I wish them a very happy birthday and 100 more!”
Dawn O’Porterone of the founders of Choose Love said: “I’m so excited to be a part of the Choose Love Gala.
