The global sensation Lewis Capaldi continues to tease its next era with the release of its new single, ‘Something in the Heavens’.
Written with songwriter Connor & Riley McDonough, ‘something in the details of heaven loss in all its forms – but also the glimpses of hope that remains – and is another example of Lewi’s extraordinary gift to cut straight to the heart. “I will love you until my last breath, you are gone but something in heaven tells me that we will be together again,” he sings when he easily discovers every listener’s deepest feelings, keeps you there at the moment and does not release.
In the celebration of the track release, Lewis has also revealed a fantastic performance video for the track, live from the iconic Abbey Road Studios.
Lewis is currently on a sold out Arena tour of the UK and previously lost a teaser of “Something in the Heavens” before debuting the track live. It has already received a scary reception from the crowds and looks to be another fan favorite, and a track that reasoned with the masses.
Earlier this week, Lewis announced its largest run of British and Irish exhibitions outdoors, which will take place in 2026. The eight original programs are now sold out but the singer writer has added additional dates for Dublin, Exeter, Cardiff and London’s BST Hyde Park. Remaining tickets are here.
