The waitress musical is initial re! The hit musical celebrates its 10th anniversary with a new tour in the UK starting in Wimbledon in March 2026.
If it was not exciting enough, it has been announced that theater Royalty Carrie Hope Fletcher will play the role of Jenna in selected places. Carrie will perform at Wimbledon, Brighton, Bradford, Woking, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Dublin, Manchester and Cardiff. Casting for additional places must be announced.
The multifaceted actress, recently thrown in Elf the musical Alongside her husband Joel Montague will follow in the footsteps of Lucie Jones, Chelsea Halfpenny and Sara Bareilles who have previously played the role in the UK.
The new tour begins in Wimbledon on March 28 with additional stops including Brighton, Bradford, Woking, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Liverpool, Eastbourne, Glasgow and Salford. Click here for more ticket information.

With hit songs including “she used to be mine” and “it just takes a taste”, The waitress musical Tells the story of Jenna, a waitress and expert pie manufacturer with dreams of some happiness in her life. When a dashed new doctor arrives in town, things become more than a little complicated! But with the support of their workmates Becky and Dawn, Jenna overcomes the challenges and discovers that laughter, love and friendship can give the perfect recipe for happiness.
The musical was created by a female leading creative team including a point of Grammy-award-winning Sara Bareilles, a book by acclaimed screenwriter Jessie Nelson and Direction by the Tony® Award winner Diane Paul.
