BBC Radio 1 are about to crank things All the way up with its first ever Radio 1 Anthem’s Live – Landing in Bradford in November. Yep, just one mega night, the station’s most beloved hymns jump off the air waves and straight on stage.
Heads with the madness? Only Busad (Get ready to scream as it’s 2003), Tinie (you know you will lose it when ‘Pass Out’ drops) and Pixie Lott (Alias the lasting, decisive princess of the British pop).
And if that is not enough, radio 1 is very own Charlie Hedges will spin a massive Dance songs Mix, while Dean McCullough takes us on a glittering journey through Pop Anthems vault. Expect wall-to-wall, zero jump.
The big night goes down on Saturday November 15 on Bradford Live. With the hosts Charlie, Dean and Lauren Redfern who lead the chaos, it is basically two decades of iconic tracks and unforgettable moments pressed into an unforgettable party.

This exciting new addition to Radio 1’s Live Music Calendar follows the launch of Radio 1 Anthems on DAB+ last week (Friday 12 September). Radio 1 hymns help the station’s young listeners discover and rediscover a wide range of music and artists advocated by Radio 1 during the 2000s and 2010s.

Performances from Radio 1 Anthems Live will be broadcast on Wednesday, November 19 at 5 pm on Radio 1 Anthems, with highlights over the day on radio 1.
