Stray Kids reveal new album ‘Karma’ with Sporty ‘Ceremony’ Music Video

K-pop power plant Stray Kids have returned with its fourth studio album, KARMAReleased Friday (August 22), along with the adrenaline-charged music video for the lead single, “ceremony”. The comeback lands just weeks after the group finished its record -breaking largest world tour and marks its first full -length release in two years.

The 11-track record, written and produced entirely by the group’s internal creative unit 3racha-Bang Chan, Changbin and Han-puts Stray Kids’ Streak of self-driven artistry. KARMA Follows last year Jump and 2023: S chart topping ????? (5-star), weaving a vast sound image.

The album opens with the punch-tongue “Bleep” before switching into the Trap-R & B swing of “Creed”, the stripped ballad “Mess”, Baile Funk-inspired “Half Time” and the pulsating EDM hymn “Phoenix”. It also contains two alternative versions of “ceremony”: a live -style “festival” cutting and an English reproduction tailored for global listeners.

In the center is “ceremony”, a stadium Hymne built on themes for triumph and resilience. Leader Bang Chan spoke at a press conference in Seoul and called the project a heartfelt offer to their fandom after 11 months on the road. “We poured into this as we travel in the world,” he said. “I think of this album as a gift to stay, and I’m already happy to know that we prepared it without regret.”

The accompanying “ceremony” music video translates the album’s sports -driven concept into a kinetic visual spectacle. Stray Kids-Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, he, Felix, Seungmin and in-takes on a variety of extreme sports persons, from Changbin that delivers hard striking verse on an MMA-Sådkant to bag a lot of American football players. Futuristic arenas, gravity-demanding choreography and video-play-inspired sets punctuates the high-energy visuals, while a surprising Como from the esports icon Faker adds a final jerk, making it one of the group’s most ambitious videos so far.

For the members, the athletic metaphor extends beyond performance to their own journey. “Sport is a universal language,” Seungmin said. “As a player in a game, we each have our role, but our goal is the same.” The analogy binds directly to the album’s central themes of resilience and self -determination. By KARMAStray Kids frames its path as a series of deliberate choices, endurance and artistic faith that have driven them forward despite challenges.

The release also arrives in the midst of high expectations on the lists. Since 2022, Stray Kids has reached six albums in line 1 on Billboard 200 – a series of unmatched in the history of the diagram. If KARMA Secures the top spot, it would make them the first K-pop act to require seven straight no 1 album. Nevertheless, members emphasize that record -breaking milestones are secondary to their creative journey. “Registrations are important,” Hyunjin said, “but what is important is to enjoy every moment and live as stray children through the music.”

KARMA Follows the end of the band’s record setting “Dominate” World Tour, which covered 54 show over 34 cities on five continents over 341 days, and culminated in Rome last month. For Stray Kids, the album is more than a new edition-it is a continuation of their global momentum, a statement on resilience and an exhibition of the group’s developing artistry when they strengthen their place in K-Pop’s international Vanguard.
