In order to qualify, Al Nassr needed to win and hopes Al Hilal would release points in his last match against Al Quadsiyah. However, not only Al Nassr failed, but Al Hilal also secured a victory 2-0, sealed the final qualification site and bumped all the remaining hopes for Ronaldo and his team.
