In the 95th minute, Al Nassr almost bonded. Mohamed Simakan launched a long ball led by Aymeric Laporte and set up Cristiano Ronaldo one-on-one with the goalkeeper. Ronaldo beat the goalkeeper with a delicate touch, but when he tried to finish with his left foot he failed to connect clean – and beat a golden chance in the last moments.
